Empowering Change: ORRi Partners with SATI Foundation to Uplift At-Risk Youth in Thailand
Team ORRi is pleased to formally announce its association with the SATI Foundation, a grassroots nonprofit organization based in Thailand that is dedicated to providing essential healthcare and education to at-risk and underserved youths. This partnership represents a strategic alignment with our core mission to make a meaningful and positive impact on vulnerable communities.
The SATI Foundation also administers Na Projects, an innovative platform that leverages food and beverages as mediums to explore, connect, and generate positive social and environmental outcomes. The initiatives under this platform are diverse and far-reaching, encompassing the Urban Refugee Kitchen, which offers culinary training to urban refugees, as well as occupational training programs tailored for at-risk youth. In addition, Na Projects engages in upcycling endeavors and eco-conscious collaborations and workshops, all designed to promote sustainability and community involvement.
Our co-founder, Aishwarya N Menon, began attending dinners organized by Na Projects several years ago and was profoundly moved by the cause, the compelling narratives, and the resilient families involved. Saks, the founder of the SATI Foundation, serves as an inspirational leader who galvanizes both individuals and the broader community. He sheds light on the experiences of migrants and refugees who are often marginalized and dependent on charitable support for their subsistence within the country.
